Everything About Logging In to 365k
Logging in to your 365k account is the first thing you do every time you want to place a bet, spin a slot or sit down at a live table. It takes seconds but it is worth understanding how the login system works – especially what to do when things do not go as expected.
What You Need to Login
You need the email address you registered with and your account password. If you registered using a mobile number, you can use that instead of your email. Both options are accepted in the login field. Your password is the one you created during registration – it is case-sensitive, so make sure your caps lock is not on before entering it.
If you are on a personal device – your own phone or home laptop – ticking the "Keep me logged in" option means you will not have to enter your credentials every single time you visit. On a shared or public device, do not use this option and remember to log out properly when you are done with your session.
Forgot Your Password?
It happens to everyone. If you cannot remember your password, use the forgot password option on the login page. You will receive a reset link to your registered email address or an OTP to your registered mobile number. Follow the steps in that message to create a new password and regain access to your account.
If you are not receiving the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder first – it sometimes ends up there depending on your email provider. Keeping Your Account Secure
Your 365k account is linked to real money – your PKR balance, your bonuses and your transaction history. A few simple habits go a long way in keeping it safe.
First, use a password that is unique to your 365k account. Using the same password for your JazzCash, Easypaisa, email and 365k all at once means that if any one of those services ever has a data issue, all of them become vulnerable. A different, strong password for each service is the right approach.
Second, 365k will never contact you by email, phone or live chat to ask for your password or full card details. If anyone claims to be from 365k and asks for your password, do not share it and report the contact to our support team immediately. This kind of phishing attempt is unfortunately common with any platform that handles real money.
Third, if you are logging in from a mobile device, keeping your phone screen locked when not in use is a basic but effective layer of protection for your gaming account and your mobile wallet at the same time.
One Account, One Login
Each person is allowed one 365k account. If you have a previous account that you think might have been banned or closed, do not create a new one without speaking to our support team first. If there was a violation that led to the closure, creating a second account will simply result in that one being closed too. The right path is to contact support, explain the situation and resolve it through your original account.

Logging In on Mobile

What Happens After You Log In
Once you are logged in, you land on your account dashboard. If you have any active bonuses, those are shown in the promotions or account section. Any pending withdrawal requests can be checked from the transactions area of your dashboard.
