You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. Your account details – username, registered email and password – are your responsibility. Keep them private. 365k will never ask for your full password by email or phone.
All deposits on 365k are made and received in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit or credit card. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is shown in your account deposit page at the time of transaction.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a payment method registered to another person is not permitted and may result in your deposit being reversed and your account reviewed for compliance with these terms.
The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are shown in the deposit section of your account. These limits may change from time to time. 365k does not charge a deposit fee on its side; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges based on the transaction type and amount, which are outside 365k's control.
Deposits are for the purpose of funding gameplay on the platform only. Any attempt to use the deposit system for purposes unrelated to legitimate gaming activity may be treated as a breach of these terms.
You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
If a withdrawal is declined, you will be notified of the reason. Common reasons include incomplete identity verification, pending bonus wagering requirements or a mismatch between your account identity and the receiving payment account.
Important: Never request a withdrawal to a payment account that does not belong to you. Third-party withdrawals are not processed and may trigger an account review.

Each game and betting market on 365k operates according to its own published rules. These rules govern how bets are placed, how outcomes are determined and how payouts are calculated. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game or market before participating.
In sports betting, all markets are subject to the specific terms of the event and the applicable rules for that sport. Settled bets are final unless a technical error is subsequently identified. 365k reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors, data feed failures, obvious pricing errors or evidence of match manipulation.
For live casino tables, the outcome determined by the live dealer and the game system is final. Connection issues on the player's side do not entitle a player to a refund of a bet that was placed and accepted before the disconnection occurred.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and market and are displayed within the game interface. 365k may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 365k and constitute a material breach of these terms:
365k monitors account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the relevant account or accounts will be suspended, balances will be held pending review and any winnings obtained through prohibited means will be voided.
365k reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 365k support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment account, provided all verification requirements are met and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account will be reviewed before release, and 365k reserves the right to retain funds where there is evidence of prohibited conduct or fraud.
